A twice-deported illegal alien from Mexico with a prior attempted homicide conviction was arrested in Texas after authorities say he unleashed dozens of gunshots at neighbors, forcing a SWAT response over Memorial Day weekend.

Twice deported means felony illegal reentry charges into the U.S. are also on the table.
