During an extraordinary Oval Office meeting last Friday, President Trump and Vice President JD Vance had a heated exchange with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Senior White House correspondent Peter Doocy reveals what “lit a fire under the vice president” during the exchange.

“The thing that really set the vice-president off was 30 minutes of head-shaking, smirking, and eye-rolling from Zelenskyy,” Doocy explained. “The president couldn’t see it when he was addressing the press.”

“But the rest of the top staffers saw it. It was the body language as much as anything…The ball started rolling down the hill way sooner.”

Zelensky overplayed his cards while being rude and arrogant. He will not find it humorous if the Trump administration permanently cuts off support for Ukraine.
