Trans sex offender WALKS FREE after trying to kidnap child

A transgender registered sex offender will avoid prosecution after attempting to kidnap a child from a Colorado schoolyard.

Solomon Galligan — who now reportedly goes by Carmen — was found by doctors to be mentally incompetent after he allegedly attempted to snatch the 11-year-old boy during recess at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora in April 2024.

The system has failed him?

Since the evaluated sex offender cannot be restored to competency, the judge overseeing the Galligan case had no option but to dismiss the charges in accordance with a 2024 amendment to Colorado’s competency law.
