@hernandoarce just dropped a clip tying Texas’s new voter-registration numbers to footage he says he shot at migrant resource centers — and people are paying attention.
He cites the federal Election Administration and Voting Survey (EAVS) figure that Texas processed about 2.9 million “new valid registrations” between late 2022 and late 2024 (about 56.5% of registration transactions), notes that ordinary Texas registration does not require a passport or birth certificate at signup, and tags @KenPaxtonTX. Big shoutout to @hernandoarce for the clip; go give him a follow!
In the broadcast (Search Warrant / KGRAdb), Arce overlays Oct 2024 center footage of clipboard workers, including someone in an Obamacare-branded shirt, and argues NGOs and brokers already hold migrant contact data that could feed registrations and later mail-ballot harvesting. He’s clear he’s laying out a theory; the inset video itself shows paperwork and outdoor clipboard signings, not ballots or poll sites. After Texas just flipped blue in the midterms, that theory is getting a lot of shares.

Eyes open, Texas. New registrations are a real federal category; how they map to citizenship enforcement is the fight. Film what you see and share it. Transparency isn’t optional. 👀
