The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has requested that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) investigate a potential link between vaccines and autism.

Multiple media outlets, including CNN and The Washington Post, reported on the request. It will involve a study using the Vaccine Safety Datalink, which monitors vaccine safety and investigates potential adverse reactions.

“As President Trump said in his Joint Address to Congress, the rate of autism in American children has skyrocketed,” HHS spokesman Andrew Nixon said in a statement to CNN.

“CDC will leave no stone unturned in its mission to figure out what exactly is happening.”

This subject is especially important to me because I have a 7-year-old boy classified as a Twice-Exceptional student due to his intersecting identities of being gifted and talented and having ASD.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., do you really expect an unbiased answer from the CDC? They have been promoting vaccines for decades.
