President Trump posted a damning photograph of the hand of Kilmar Garcia, the deported MS-13 gangbanger that Democrats have fallen in love with who is now in El Salvador.
Garcia bears the striking MS-13 tattoo on his hand, and Trump shared it for everyone to see:
