Police warned prosecutors three separate times about violent illegal alien Abdul Jalloh, who had more than 30 prior arrests, before he allegedly stabbed 41-year-old Stephanie Minter to death.
Jalloh, a native of Sierra Leone, reportedly entered the United States illegally in 2012. Since then, he has accumulated an extensive criminal record, with more than 30 arrests. The charges listed against him include rape, malicious wounding, assault, drug possession, identity theft, trespassing, larceny, discharging a firearm, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and pickpocketing.
