The ruling comes five years after Missouri filed the original lawsuit.
A federal judge ruled in favor of Missouri in its $24 billion lawsuit against China’s Communist Party, accusing it of hoarding protective supplies during the coronavirus pandemic.
U.S. District Judge Stephen Limbaugh Jr. ordered China to pay Missouri $24,488,825,457 at an annual compounded interest rate of 3.91 percent.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey told the Daily Caller it was “no surprise” the Chinese Communist Party didn’t appear in court and instead dispatched “proxy organizations” to litigate, “like the Chinese Society of Private International Law rather than appearing in court to answer for their actions.”
Every state needs to follow suit.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey: “China refused to show up to court, but that doesn’t mean they get away with causing untold suffering and economic devastation. We intend to collect every penny by seizing Chinese-owned assets, including Missouri farmland.”
Hey China,
You owe Missouri $24 BILLION.
I just won a judgment in court.
Pay up — or we start seizing assets and farmland.

I sincerely hope they choose not to pay up. American farmland is vastly more valuable out of China’s hands. Hire the appraiser from the NY Trump case; they’ll be able to seize every last acre!
