Mercy, Kamala Harris is back out on the road, and it looks like she’s trying out a whole new way of talking.

At a union hall rally for Democrat candidates, the former vice president waved, swayed and pointed her way through a pep talk, and the clip has folks online scratching their heads.

After all these years in politics, why does every speech still sound like she’s making it up as she goes along?
