Allstate received a significant blow today during a Senate hearing. Senator Josh Hawley interrogated their chief claims officer for failing to pay out claims, including that of a Hurricane Helene victim who attended the hearing.

Hawley aggressively questioned Mike Fiato, highlighting that multiple insurance adjuster witnesses stated Allstate instructed them to lower their payout assessments to increase company profits. Naturally, Fiato refuted these claims.

Allstate should apologize to every policyholder it’s hung out to dry—not just the ones present in this hearing room today.

The company is running a system of institutionalized fraud.

Their customers’ worst day is Allstate’s payday!
