ISIS Allegiance Revealed After Suspect Arrested in Foiled Terror Plot

Authorities say a suspect in the planned NYC attack told investigators he aimed to surpass the Boston Marathon bombing, pledging loyalty to ISIS in a chilling declaration.

“After waiving his rights, he requested paper and wrote a message declaring in part, ‘I pledge my allegiance to the Islamic State. Die in your rage, you kufr.'”

“Die in your rage is a commonly known ISIS slogan, and kufr is an Arabic term that refers to nonbelievers.”
