The House of Representatives passed the Trump-backed budget resolution with a vote of 216 to 214 on Thursday.
Indiana’s Victoria Spartz and Kentucky’s Thomas Massie voted no.

On Saturday, the Senate passed Trump’s “one big, beautiful bill,” allowing for over $1 trillion in savings by a vote of 51-48.
The resolution includes lowering taxes for Americans, securing the border, unleashing American energy independence, and more cost-cutting by DOGE.
