DOJ Launches Criminal Probe Into NY AG Letitia James (Video)

Former federal prosecutor Andrew Cherkasky appeared on Fox & Friends First to discuss the latest developments in the Justice Department’s investigation into AG Letitia James‘ alleged mortgage fraud.

She asserted that her father was her husband because they share the same last name. This was done to include his income in her household earnings, which is outright fraud.

The apartment building she purchased was listed as having four units, but in reality, it has five. Having four units allows for a reduced interest rate. Furthermore, she claimed that a house in Virginia was her permanent residence, despite not actually living there. She’s facing serious consequences.
