Ilhan Omar says the claim that she married her brother came from a Somali blog, so Clerpatriot went digging to find out where it all started.

The trail runs back to a 2016 SomaliSpot forum post, a tip to Scott Johnson of Powerline, and Minnesota public records he says confirm the marriages, followed by a timeline that only gets stranger. Clerpatriot wants to know who Omar crossed to set all of this off, and her famous “not to my knowledge” answer still raises more questions than it settles.
