The unethical New York Attorney General, Letitia James, is being investigated by a grand jury convened by the DOJ. However, this investigation is unrelated to the mortgage fraud case against her.
Fox News is reporting that the DOJ is investigating James for allegedly violating President Trump’s Constitutional rights by suing him last year simply because she disliked him.
The DOJ is appointing Ed Martin to oversee the James case. He is also the person who was investigating Biden’s pardons.
