Michigan Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer is blaming “online rhetoric” for the recent terrorist attacks carried out by Islamic radicals, shifting attention away from the people responsible and toward speech on the internet.

“People like the person that attacked this community yesterday get fomented by rhetoric that they see online and that they see on television and they hear on the radio. It radicalizes people and it endangers our fellow Michiganders. We cannot let this continue. And so each of us has a duty to take action where and how we can.”

They can’t blame their party’s failed, unvetted immigration policies, so they fall back on the same tired “Benghazi happened because of a video” excuse. It’s disgusting.
